Privacy policy of CTS

This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of the users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to Art. 13 of European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter simply ‘GDPR’) of those who interact with the web services of https://ctssrl.eu/  All regulatory details are accessible at the address of the National Data Protection Authority www.gpdp.it 

The information is provided only for the https://ctssrl.eu/  website and not for any other websites that may be linked to it. 

THE ‘CONTROLLER’ OF THE PROCESSING

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data controller is C.T.S. S.r.l. – CF and P.IVA 01416920294, with registered office at Viale Porta Po, 137 – 45100 Rovigo (RO) – PEC: citiesse@legalmail.it – E-mail address: info@ctssrl.eu. Processing related to web services is handled by internal staff or possibly by external subjects duly authorised or appointed as data processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the Data Controller’s Head Office. The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers, located within the European Union, of the Data Controller and/or third party companies appointed and duly designated as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. It is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, shall have the right to move the location of the servers to the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller assures as of now that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions by stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures that are used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implied by in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers operated by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: apart from this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site, as well as filling in of contact forms set up by the Data Controller, entails the acquisition of the sender’s personal data (e-mail, name, surname, telephone number and any other personal data included in the message) necessary to reply to the requests. If this is the case, specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site enabled for certain services upon request.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide his/her personal data in request forms or in any case in contacts with the Owner, for example to request the sending of informative material or for other communications. Failure to provide some personal data may result in the impossibility  of obtaining what has been requested.

For the sake of completeness, it must be remembered that in some cases (not covered by the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request some information pursuant to Article 23 GDPR, for the purposes of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases a reply is mandatory under penalty of administrative sanction.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access. 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Art. 15-22 GDPR).                                                                                                        Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, and have the right as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
